UK on orders over £200 - Free
- All orders are tracked, signed for and insured.
- All of our orders are made to order which incurs a 15-25 working day turnaround time.
- Unfortunately we do not currently offer international shipping but this is something we are looking into. For further information please feel free to contact us.
Returns
As each of our products are made to order specifically for each order we receive, we are unable to offer returns. We also do not accept returns for sale, discounted or promotional items. When confirming payment for an item, you agree to our terms and conditions that this sale is final.
In certain circumstances we may be able to offer returns but this will be at our discretion. If we do accept a return, we will send instructions on how to return the item. We are not able to accept the return of any items that have not been approved for a return. In these cases, to be eligible for a return, the product will need to be in its original condition and be returned within 30 days of the delivery/sale.

Workshop cancellations
All of our workshop ticket sales are final. If you are unable to attend the workshop you have booked and give us 24 hours notice, we allow the ticket to be rescheduled within 3 months.

If the item is needed for a specific time period please let us know and we will see what we can do to accommodate this, we are always happy to help.
Although we do our best to ensure your order gets to you as soon as possible, delivery times may increase during high business seasons or mailing strikes and delays.
