Refund policy
As each of our products are made to order specifically for each order we receive, we are unable to offer returns. We also do not accept returns for sale, discounted or promotional items. When confirming payment for an item, you agree to our terms and conditions that this sale is final.
In certain circumstances we may be able to offer returns but this will be at our discretion. If we do accept a return, we will send instructions on how to return the item. We are not able to accept the return of any items that have not been approved for a return. In these cases, to be eligible for a return, the product will need to be in its original condition and be returned within 30 days of the delivery/sale.
